Nonsense Hub is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Orlando team. This position is centered around direct customer interaction, helping people understand the products and services represented by our clients and creating a positive experience from the first conversation.


This is an active, in-person role for someone who enjoys working with people and prefers a workday built around conversation and interaction rather than sitting behind a desk.


A Typical Day


You'll work alongside the team at designated retail and event locations throughout the Orlando area. During the day, you'll:

•  Greet and engage with customers 
•  Answer questions about client products, services and current promotions 
•  Provide clear and accurate information based on individual customer needs 
•  Assist interested customers through the next steps 
•  Maintain a friendly and professional approach during busy periods 
•  Learn new campaign information and apply feedback from the team 
•  Help maintain a positive customer experience at each location 

What We're Looking For


We're interested in people who communicate clearly, listen well and are comfortable starting conversations with new people.


Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-facing work can be helpful, but we also consider applicants who are earlier in their careers and demonstrate strong communication skills and a dependable approach to work.


Training & Development


New team members receive training on the clients and campaigns they'll be representing, customer communication, product and service information, and day-to-day procedures.


As you become more experienced, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue developing your communication and customer engagement skills.
