Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Overtime: Occasional overtime available

We are seeking a detail-oriented CSR to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Generate shipping documents including pick sheets, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Receive inbound freight, verify contents, and reconcile packing lists to identify discrepancies.
  • Direct product put-away, picking, and packaging to maximize storage space and minimize damage.
  • Communicate with customers and carriers regarding shipments and receipts, including greeting drivers and providing loading and unloading instructions.
  • Promptly communicate issues related to product availability, damage, inventory discrepancies, or carrier concerns.
  • Provide customers with inventory reports, stock status, transaction history, and tracing information as needed.
  • Enter and maintain inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records and files for warehouse and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations regarding freight schedules, physical inventories, cycle counts, customer projects, and service concerns.
  • Apply warehouse GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to daily activities and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse GMPs is preferred.
