Customer Service Representative | Otsego, MI

Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, order modifications, and tracking.

  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate delivery information.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on technical product information.
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs related to manufacturing processes and products.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or terminology (e.g., supply chain, quality control, production scheduling).
  • Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
