A growing company in the West Houston area is seeking energetic, motivated Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume outreach project. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by results.
What Youll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing customers to coordinate scheduling and provide updates
- Build rapport with customers while delivering a professional and positive experience
- Follow structured call scripts and communication templates to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Track call activity, appointment scheduling, and customer interactions using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Review and update customer information for accuracy through research and verification
- Assist in documenting workflows, procedures, and process improvements
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as needed
- Help maintain organized records and ensure smooth project operations
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills with confidence speaking on the phone
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay motivated and engaging throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Previous call center, customer service, scheduling, or outreach experience preferred
- Some college coursework is a plus
