We are a leading manufacturer of foil stamping and embossing products seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional for a full-time role.
In this position, you will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, process high volumes of requests, and ensure follow-through.
Training will be provided to develop product knowledge.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication.
Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
Previous customer service experience and familiarity with the graphic arts industry are preferred.
Must pass drug test and background check.
This role offers Monday-Friday hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with overtime as needed.
