Nesco Resource is looking for a Customer Service Representative experienced in the Manufacturing field. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION in Oxford, CT. This position is temp to hire; seeking a long-term fit for permanent employment. $22.00/hr., slight raise and excellent benefits package upon permanent hire.
Full time with a schedule of 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

Position Overview:
  • A fast-paced work environment involving interaction with customers, Field Sales Representatives, Quality Control, Logistics, and Product Management departments.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills required
  • Familiarity with company products, processes and procedures through intense training period
  • Ability to fulfill customers' needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses
Qualifications:
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the customer service field, preferably 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have general knowledge of how the Customer Service Dept. works within a manufacturing environment
  • General computer skills, MS Office 
  • AS400 and Access familiarity a plus
  • Must be detail oriented and follow issues through to completion
