Customer Service Representative

Location: Oxford, NC
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Answer questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, and order status
Support the sales team with customer and product information
Maintain accurate inventory and customer data across business systems
Build positive relationships with customers and internal team members
Assist with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required
