We are accepting applications for customer service representatives to manage customer
queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders,
modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication
channels.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
<\/li> - Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
<\/li> - Communicating with customers through various channels.
<\/li> - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
<\/li> - Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
<\/li> - Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
<\/li> - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
<\/li> - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
<\/li> - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
<\/li> - Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
<\/li> - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements<\/h3>- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
<\/li> - Comfortable using computers.
<\/li> - Experience working with customer support.
<\/li> - Proficiency with MS Office.
<\/li> - Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
<\/li> - Must be able to type 35 wpm or more
