Customer Service Representative

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour - DOE| Full-Time

Nesco Resource is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing client. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
• Enter and process customer orders and invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries.
• Provide order updates and resolve customer concerns.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company's system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service.
