We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and serve America's Best Pizzas!
As a CSR, your main duties include inputting orders on the POS system at the front counter and over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party delivery personnel, and providing friendly product and service information. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist staff with restaurant operations, prepare and package orders, maintain cleanliness, and support daily store tasks.
Requirements include being at least 16 years old, effective verbal communication, familiarity with POS systems and kitchen equipment, understanding food hygiene, good time-management, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings. Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and carrying is necessary. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for hands-on training and growth.
