Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify exceptional phone etiquette to engage clients with warm and professional greetings
  • Enhance your proficiency in data management by updating client information in CRM systems, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for both prospective and current clients, offering timely and effective support
  • Efficiently organize agent appointment kits, demonstrating superior coordination skills
  • Facilitate communication with insurance carriers on various matters such as cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
  • Showcase your technical prowess by uploading monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects, including the annual open enrollment event, which may require additional commitment, including some Saturdays
