Sub-Zero Group, Inc. offers a comprehensive and advanced training program that incorporates classroom, self-led, and hands-on experiential learning that provides robust support to ensure that employees are equipped to meet and exceed the demands of their role. Training is onsite in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday. After initial training period, part-time schedule will be for 25-29 hours per week. Days and times may vary each week. Must live within 100 miles of Goodyear, AZ.

High School or better.
Must be located within 100 miles of Goodyear, AZ and able to attend on-site trainings during the first 3 months. Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style and delivery. Intermediate problem solving and negotiation skills. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required.
