Weitsman Recycling is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a key point of contact at our recycling facility. As a CSR, you’ll support front-office operations, handle transaction processing, and ensure a positive experience for our customers and vendors. The schedule includes weekends and up to 30 hours weekly Mon - Sun.. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers and vendors in a courteous, professional manner Process transactions, invoices, and documentation accurately and efficiently Answer multi-line phones and respond to email inquiries Coordinate with scale operators, truck drivers, and yard staff to support daily workflow Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office environment Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning Cross-train in other administrative roles for team support
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience; industrial or logistics setting preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment High school diploma or GED required
