Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

About Us: Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support across all business divisions. This role is responsible for processing orders, resolving invoice and service-related issues, coordinating customer pickups, and managing customer communications regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company ordering system
• Review, reconcile, and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with customers and the sales team
• Answer and manage incoming customer service calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Support customer pickup activities, including order verification, coordination, and communication with warehouse personnel
• Enter and coordinate service call requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with service personnel

Hours of this position: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)

• Start Time between 8am-9am
• No weekends or holidays required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecommunication preferred
• Possess strong phone, computer, and basic technology skills
• Effective time management skills and can adapt quickly to change
• Ability to multitask, trouble shoot, and remain organized in a fast paced environment
• Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
• Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.

Base Compensation:

$19/hr - $22/hr

Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):

Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
