Established organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their call center division. Pay is set at $22.80/hr and the role is M-F.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or sales (if applicable)
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or technical issues efficiently
  • Document call details, customer interactions, and outcomes in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company guidelines
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and systems

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
