We are hiring several Customer Service Representatives to support customers with contract-related inquiries, account updates, and service requests. This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Review customer contracts and account information for accuracy and compliance

  • Clearly explain contract terms, billing details, and service information

  • Process customer requests, updates, and required documentation

  • Accurately document customer interactions and contract notes in internal systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and contract-related issues

  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed

  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Ability to work a rotating schedule

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
