Customer Service Representative - Personal lines

Join our growing insurance agency in Houston! We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional with at least 1 year of insurance experience and an active Personal Lines license. Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple incoming calls efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online insurance platforms with proficiency.
• Accurately document and update customer interactions and policy information in a timely manner.
• Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist new leads and prospective clients in obtaining insurance policies tailored to their needs.

• - Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
• - Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• - Great multitasking and organizational skills
• - Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• - A Property and Liability (PL) license is required.
