• Meeting with new business clients and retail customers
• After training is complete, understanding product knowledge
• Meeting the needs of our clients with integrity
• Creating a positive experience for our customers
• Account management and retention
• Team and account development
• Key liaison between client and customer
• Client relationship-building and problem-solving
