Role Description:

• Handle 40-60 inbound calls daily. (up to 60+ on busy days)
• Verify customer identification to mitigate risk.
• Maintain call quality and accuracy standards.
• Candidate should be open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Emphasis on adaptability and system navigation efficiency.

Ability to understand and triage customer issues such as:

• Declines & Transaction Issues
• Credit Limits & Spending Power
• Payments & Billing Questions
• Statement & Transaction Disputes
• Fraud Alerts & Account Security
• Rewards, Benefits, & Program Questions
• Account Maintenance & Administrative Changes
