Customer Service Representative – Credit Card Support

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced inbound call center team in Phoenix, AZ. In this onsite role, you will assist customers with a variety of credit card-related inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 80–100 inbound customer calls daily
- Assist customers with credit card-related inquiries including:
- Payments
- Lost or stolen cards
- Fraud concerns
- Disputes and transaction reviews
- Balance transfers
- Provide professional and high-quality customer service during every interaction
- Meet performance metrics including:
- Average handle time
- Customer satisfaction
- Quality assurance standards
- Attendance expectations
- Escalate complex customer concerns to second-level support teams when necessary
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of call center customer service experience
- Financial services or banking experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experience
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
