Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls from state employees and retirees regarding 2027 Open Enrollment, providing clear and professional assistance with benefits-related questions, enrollment information, and general program guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center/customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Ability to explain information clearly and accurately

Preferred:

• Previous Open Enrollment, benefits, insurance, or HR-related experience
