Customer Service Representative
100% Remote (Must Live Within 1 Hour of Phoenix, AZ)
$19.00–$20.00 per Hour
6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire
Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule Between 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM
We are seeking customer service professionals with recent call center experience to support inbound inquiries related to account information, payment arrangements, and general compliance questions. This is a fully remote role after initial onsite orientation and training in Phoenix.
At least 1 year of recent inbound call center experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as banking, insurance, or telecommunications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems
Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must live within one hour of Phoenix and have reliable transportation
Spanish bilingual
Banking or financial services experience
Associate degree or higher
First day orientation onsite in Phoenix
Approximately 3 weeks of paid training
Attendance during training is mandatory
Hardwired high-speed internet
Ability to transport company equipment (desktop, two monitors, headset)
