100% Remote (Must Live Within 1 Hour of Phoenix, AZ)
$19.00–$20.00 per Hour
6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire
Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule Between 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM

Overview

We are seeking customer service professionals with recent call center experience to support inbound inquiries related to account information, payment arrangements, and general compliance questions. This is a fully remote role after initial onsite orientation and training in Phoenix.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent inbound call center experience

• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as banking, insurance, or telecommunications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems

• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must live within one hour of Phoenix and have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual

• Banking or financial services experience

• Associate degree or higher

Training

• First day orientation onsite in Phoenix

• Approximately 3 weeks of paid training

• Attendance during training is mandatory

Additional Requirements

• Hardwired high-speed internet

• Ability to transport company equipment (desktop, two monitors, headset)
