Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job ID: 85062 Location: Phoenixville, Pennsylvania Overview: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the full order lifecycle. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. What you will be doing:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to product information, pricing, availability, order processing, delivery coordination, repairs, and shipping.
  • Guide customers through product selection, configuration options, warranties, service timelines, and order status.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely, and solutions-focused manner.
  • Accurately manage customer orders, service requests, returns, and credits using enterprise business systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, repairs, shipments, and service approvals.
  • Apply sound judgment to align customer needs with company policies and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as required.
What you must have:
  • Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset - Commitment to delivering a positive, consistent customer experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Organization & Attention to Detail - Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service, order management, or customer support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications and data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within established processes while contributing to ongoing improvements.
