Join a 130+ year old minerals business as a Customer Service Representative, supporting a small team and reporting to the Operations Manager. This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $24 and $28 depending on experience, with benefits including health coverage, vacation, 401K, and eventual profit sharing. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a paid lunch break.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support and address inquiries
  • Process customer orders accurately and timely

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Data entry proficiency
