We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order entry, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely, accurate communication across internal teams and clients. This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime as needed to support business demands.

How you create impact

  • Accurately compile, verify, and enter customer orders into the system.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all transactions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and carriers to track, expedite, and resolve shipment issues.Investigate and resolve discrepancies including delayed, damaged, or missing shipments.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational and customer needs.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues, including exceptions such as fraud or order discrepancies.
  • Provide cross-account support and act as backup to the Team Lead as needed.

What we would like you to bring

  • Experience with customer service (2+ years preferred) and Windows-based order entry systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Word knowledge a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with WMS or logistics systems preferred

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
