This is a customer service position working onsite in a call center providing support to retail customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
- Look up and track customer orders and research customer loyalty account inquiries.
- Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills via email .
- Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong multi-tasking skills (working multiple tickets and issues)
- Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
- Must be reliable and dependable
