Onsite. (6 months contract to hire)

This is a customer service position working onsite in a call center providing support to retail customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
  • Look up and track customer orders and research customer loyalty account inquiries.
  • Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written communication skills via email .
  • Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills (working multiple tickets and issues)
  • Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
  • Must be reliable and dependable
