Pay Range: $33,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and the right fit)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage multiple phone lines while providing outstanding customer service
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician schedules
- Communicate with homeowners and help identify their comfort needs
- Provide a great first impression on every customer interaction
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
- Support our technicians and office team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Educate customers on maintenance plans, services, and comfort solutions
- Reasonable On-Call Rotation for after hours and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Organized with attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
