Position Overview We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and eager to build a long-term career. You'll be at the center of our operations - supporting customers, coordinating schedules, and occasionally assisting with dispatching to ensure smooth daily workflow. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Coordinate daily scheduling of HVAC installations in collaboration with the Install Manager
- Prepare and manage job and sales packets
- Communicate scheduling updates and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with installers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist with permits, inspections, and project logistics
- Schedule sales appointments and track leads in internal reporting systems
- Conduct follow-up "happy calls" after sales appointments and installations
- Support internal marketing efforts (referrals, neighborhood outreach, etc.)
- Assist with dispatching responsibilities as needed, helping route technicians efficiently

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Project coordination experience is a plus
- Familiarity with GPS or mapping software is preferred
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
- $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
