LHH is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.

Potential Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide product, service, and account information
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Process orders, returns, and service requests
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
