We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings the rare combination of warmth, hustle, and professionalism. You'll be one of the first people customers interact with, making you an important part of our team and our reputation. The right person is friendly, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others. 

What You'll Do 

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for our sales team based on assigned territories and routing maps. 
  • Follow up with leads generated by our overnight call service to ensure timely customer contact. 
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. 
  • Process customer payments, review contracts, and answer basic questions about our roofing services. 
  • Create and maintain marketing, production, and customer project folders. 
  • Ensure customer records, contracts, and project documentation are accurate and up to date. 
  • Support daily office operations through customer communication, administrative tasks, and coordination between departments. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. 
  • Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative to complete them without being asked. 
  • Help create a positive experience for every customer who interacts with our company.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed. 
  • Experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or office coordination is preferred.
