What You'll Do

• Assist customers with account, product, and service inquiries via phone and other communication channels
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Research customer issues, process transactions, and resolve routine to moderately complex concerns
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Support customers using online, mobile, and digital banking tools

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Previous call center, contact center, retail, hospitality, or financial services experience is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
• Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends as needed
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
