What You'll Do
- Assist customers with account, product, and service inquiries via phone and other communication channels
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Research customer issues, process transactions, and resolve routine to moderately complex concerns
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Support customers using online, mobile, and digital banking tools
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service experience required
- Previous call center, contact center, retail, hospitality, or financial services experience is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends as needed
