Fleet Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Business Hours
Position Type: Contract

Position Overview

The Fleet Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs while providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers by coordinating vehicle repairs, scheduling preventative maintenance services, verifying vehicle information, and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
  • Discuss work performed and explain repair recommendations and service requirements.
  • Verify vehicle information, including mileage and service history.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in company systems.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance services, warranty work, and commercial vehicle repairs.
  • Coordinate repair activities and communicate status updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and services performed.
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to professionally handle difficult customer situations and resolve concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, fleet, dealership, or maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance terminology and repair processes.
  • Experience scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance services.
