We are currently hiring a licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and providing support in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Youll be the go-to person for our customers, answering questions, reviewing policies, and making sure they feel confident and protected.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients who are ready to talk about coverage
  • Guide them to the right Allstate solutions for their needs
  • Manage live transfers from our telemarketing team
  • Work toward clear, achievable sales goals
  • Deliver top notch service that keeps clients coming back

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active Insurance License upon employment.
  • Experience: No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Oriented: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients insurance needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios.
