Customer Service Representative - Radiology & CT Imaging

Job TitleJob Description Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Education: Associate's degree is preferred Preferred certifications: Certification in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging Certification in Graphic Design or a related field Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience Experience in Radiology, including CT, X-Ray, or MRI imaging Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software Strong customer service orientation Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established procedures consistently Must be able to work overtime Job Duties: Create and manage cases using proprietary case management software Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical imaging protocols Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery applications Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures Review CT segmentations and surgical plans to verify anatomical landmark accuracy, implant sizing, and implant positioning Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel in a timely manner Accurately document all activities in accordance with established methods, procedures, and regulatory requirements Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output Meet individual productivity goals while contributing to overall team and departmental performance targets
