Customer Service Representative

Company in the medical field seeking a highly motivated individual for a full or part time customer service representative/dispatcher position. The position requires the following: fluent 10 key and 50+ WPM typing skills, multi-tasking, outstanding customer service skills, documentation skills, phone skills, problem solving, flexible schedule, ability to work weekends or holidays, and the ability to work in a fast pace environment. We are a mobile phlebotomy company and have been in business for over 30 years. We are contracted with Kaiser and cover all of Southern California. We draw at patients' homes and long-term care facilities. We are looking for new employees with patient care as a priority and enjoy to drive.
