This isn’t just a job answering phones. You’ll be the face and voice of Essig’s Automotive — helping our customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  
  
• Answer phones and help customers with questions
  
  
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs
  
  
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  
  
• Communicate with technicians and customers to keep things moving
  
  
• Create and process invoices and payments
  
  
• Help customers understand their recommended services and repairs
  
  
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
  
  
• Keep our front office organized and welcoming
