Customer Service Representative

Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative opportunity!

Our client company is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support international freight operations and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing shipment bookings, processing transport orders, preparing shipping documents and communicating with customers.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma
• Intermediate MS Office skills

A plus but not required:

• 1-3 years of freight forwarding/logistics experience
• Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field
