Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) to join our team in Florida!
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.\u202f
Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.\u202f

Dispatch / Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:\u202f
High School diploma or equivalent\u202f
Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred\u202f
Excellent customer service and communication skills\u202f
Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office\u202f
Willingness to learn\u202f
Availability: Monday - Saturday\u202f
Bilingual (Spanish); preferred\u202f

Dispatch / Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:\u202f
Assist customers in placing orders\u202f
Efficiently respond to customers' calls and emails\u202f
Suggest products to meet customers' needs\u202f
Process customers' payments\u202f
Communicate and resolve, in a satisfactory and timely manner, any customer concerns or issues as they occur,
Liaise between Sales, Plant Managers, and Customers to ensure customer satisfaction
