Core Responsibilities
Client Inquiries & Support:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy terms.
- Process endorsements and policy changes, such as adding/removing vehicles, updating driver information, or changing coverage levels.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our Agency Management System.
- Professional office experience
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Willing to train the right person.
- Candidates who are not licensed as a property and casualty broker will be expected to become licensed within 12 months.
