Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with policy-related questions, claims processing, and account management
Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services
Process policy changes, payments, and other transactions
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
