We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others and are looking to build a long-term career in a supportive remote environment. In this position, you will work directly with union members and their families, providing guidance on available benefit programs and helping them navigate the enrollment process with confidence.
This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with members through virtual meetings, phone calls, and online communication. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed from day one.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with members through both inbound and outbound interactions
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to discuss available benefit options
Explain program information in a professional, accurate, and easy-to-understand manner
Assist members with completing online forms and enrollment documentation
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive member experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles is an asset, but not required
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
