In this position, you will connect with members through phone, email, and virtual meetings, schedule brief appointments, answer general questions, and assist them through a straightforward online process. You will also help ensure member information is accurate, documentation is completed correctly, and applications are submitted properly.
Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide comprehensive step-by-step training, ongoing support, and the resources needed to help you feel confident and succeed in the role.

Job Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments with members
Conduct brief, professional meetings through Zoom
Answer member questions and provide clear, helpful support
Assist members with online applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized member records
