Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a dedicated, technologically savvy professional with a background in high-volume call center environments. They must be comfortable working fully remote while maintaining strict adherence to performance metrics and attendance policies in a fast-pacedhealthcare setting. 1. Experience & Education Mandatory Education: High School Diploma or GED. Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience. Preferred Experience: At least six (6) months of recent call center experience and prior health insurance industry knowledge. 2. Technical Skillsets & Requirements Remote Readiness: Must have a quiet, isolated workspace and a hardwired, secure internet connection with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download. Systems Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, including Office 365 and Epic/HealthConnect. Assessments: Candidates must pass the MSCC Customer Service Representative Assessment v4 3. Key Competencies Persistence & Dedication: Proven reliability and a commitment to a rigorous 12-week paid training program with zero unauthorized time off. Communication Excellence: Stellar verbal and written communication skills to handle complex inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and provider information. Empathy: Ability to provide compassionate service to members while maintaining professionalism during high-volume call shifts (averaging 70-80 calls per day). Shift: Variable Shift Hours between 8a-8p, Sunday through Saturday (will have more on the training schedules shortly but should be 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm PST) Dress Code: Business Casual WA - Renton 2715 Naches Ave Naches, WA 98937
