American Staffing is seeking customer service representatives in Rigby . The customer service representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer and will respond to telephone, email and live chat customer inquiries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. We are looking for a problem solver and someone who can quickly think on their feet and outside of the box.The ideal candidate for this position would be someone with a cheery, energetic and confident personality; and that has great dependability, diligence and a great attitude!

Jobs duties include but not limited to:

• Answer product and service questions; suggestion information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains account info with updates when necessary.
• Resolves product or service problems and helping with customer's complains to find a solution.
• Proactively manage the order fulfillment process, enquires/requests for returns, warranties and exchanges.
• Be the main key point of contact for consumers regarding products and technical questions
• Order management: order entering, order scheduling, order confirmation and order adjusting for company dealers and individuals
• May occasionally be asked to assist in the showroom as a backup when needed
• This position may evolve, and additional duties may be assigned when necessary

• Previous customer service experience
• Type 50 wpm
• Strong telephone, email and computer skills
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to retain new product knowledge
• Be a problem solver

• Monday - Friday
• 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• $17-$18 DOE
