We're seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's Aftermarket department. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between the sales team, engineering, and clients—ensuring accurate lead times, resolving issues with discontinued parts, and supporting online bids and RFPs.This is a high-visibility role with long-term potential.
