Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support excellent customer service, retention, and new acquisition.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, utilizing proactive sales to identify opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, billing, policies, and procedures.
• Build trusting relationships with customers through professional interactions.
• Manage customer accounts, processing payments, collections, and data entry.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure service efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with route planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
