The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles in-person and phone customer interactions to build strong relationships and promote sales.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, explaining repair processes and insurance claims, scheduling appointments, and managing payments and paperwork.
CSR educates customers on surveys, warranties, and follows up on estimates.
Requires 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and management systems.
Physical duties involve lifting up to 50lbs, standing, bending, and working in environments with fumes, dust, and chemicals.
Must be punctual, professional, able to work with others, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
