Location: Rosharon, TX 77583 Hybrid (3 days on site)

Pay Rate: $20.00 $26.00/hr on W2
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Explosive Manufacturing Department by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent service to internal Oil & Gas customers. This role requires strong SAP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer sales orders and shipment requests.
- Provide order status updates and follow up on open orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of asset deliveries and invoicing.
- Resolve customer licensing issues and document them in the support database.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data within SAP.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting customer service operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System principles.
Required Qualifications
- 1 3 years of SAP experience.
- Understanding of ERP systems.
- Associate degree required.
- Strong administrative and office skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal or external customers.
- Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
