Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Rosharon, TX 77583 Hybrid (3 days on site)

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 $26.00/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Explosive Manufacturing Department by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent service to internal Oil & Gas customers. This role requires strong SAP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer sales orders and shipment requests.
  • Provide order status updates and follow up on open orders.
  • Coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of asset deliveries and invoicing.
  • Resolve customer licensing issues and document them in the support database.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data within SAP.
  • Perform administrative tasks supporting customer service operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System principles.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of SAP experience.
  • Understanding of ERP systems.
  • Associate degree required.
  • Strong administrative and office skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal or external customers.
  • Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
