Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
- Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, including making updates and processing information.
- Help clients understand their coverage and available options.
- Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Comfortable using computer systems for client management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortabliliy making outbound calls
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
