Carr Lane Manufacturing delivers consistently high-quality products and is certified ISO 9001-2015. __________ Position Overview In this role, you’ll communicate with the Carr Lane sales team, our customers, internal team members, and our distributors through phone, email, and our ticketing system. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers questions, provides product and services information, enters customer orders and information, and works to resolve any outstanding questions or potential issues.
